Memoir – an account of a person’s own life

Viewpoint – point of view; one’s own way of looking at things

Anecdote – a short account of a funny or interesting incident or event

Commentary – an explanation; a series

Invaluable - priceless

Divulge -  to reveal; make known

Explicit – completely and clearly stated

Synthesize – to put parts together; to make

Oblivion -  the quality or condition of being completely forgotten

Perplex – confused; puzzled

Hypothesis -  an unproven explanation that can be used as a basis for further investigation or

research

Thesis – a statement, an idea, or an opinion given for consideration

Complex – having many parts; complicated

Imply – suggested or hinted

Memorabilia – things that are worth keeping, remembering, or recording

Reminisce – to remember and tell of past events or experiences

Antithesis – the exact opposite

Memorandum - a short note

Commemorate – honors the memory of

Resolution – a course of action decided upon

Profound - deep

Intuition – the ability to know or understand without thinking or proof; an impression

Comprehend – to understand

Trivial – not important

Assumption – a supposition; a statement accepted as true without proof

Astute – having or showing a keen mind; shrewd or crafty

Rational – sensible, logical

Premise – a statement or idea that is assumed to be true and from which a conclusion is

reached

Theory – an explanation of facts or events
