Visage – the face or facial expression of a person or animal

Habitat – a place where a creature normally lives

Confirm -  to verify; to prove to be true

Spectrum – a band of colors as in the rainbow

Suspicion -  a belief without proof

Invisible – not able to be seen

Chameleon – a small lizard that can be change color

Duplicate – to make a copy of or repeat

Spectacle – something that can be seen and may be usual or magnificent

Camouflage – a disguise, especially when a person or animal appears to be part of its surroundings

Speculate – to think about carefully or seriously

Prospect – something that is expected or looked forward to; possibility

Respective – particular; belonging each to each

Circumspect – careful; cautious

Provisional – temporary; not permanent

Proviso – a condition or restriction

Specter – a ghost, spirit, or imaginary person

Retrospect – a thoughtful review of past happenings

Introspective – given to thinking about one’s own thoughts and feelings

Vista – a distant view that can be seen through an opening

Scrutiny – a careful study or observation

Misperception – an incorrect understanding of something

Illusion – a false or misleading idea or belief

Gesture – movement of the body to express a thought or feeling; action

Elusive – tending to escape or hide

Epiphany – a sudden moment of understanding or realization

Simulate – pretends to be; imitates

Ostentatious – characterized by a showy display to attract attention

Peruse – to read or examine carefully

Replica – a copy or an original
